Qualifications

• Must complete Safe from Harm, CPR, and First Aid training within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains staff; performs evaluations and coordinates recruitment and salary decisions.
• Develops, coordinates, and evaluates program services to aid families and individuals in crisis.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; prepares reports for grants and contracts.
