Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management within human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and conducts performance evaluations.
• Develops and evaluates program services based on clientele's changing needs.
• Coordinates policy updates and staff training to ensure program compliance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; prepares reports for grants and contracts.
• Attends external meetings; maintains relationships with community partners for referrals and coordination.
• Carries a small caseload as needed; supports emergency intakes and related duties.
