Job summary

The Salvation Army Corp seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee case management services for individuals and families transitioning from emergency shelter at Center of Hope and Booth Commons into independent housing.

The role includes supervising staff, ensuring program compliance with regulations, and coordinating with program services and external partners to deliver comprehensive housing support for homeless individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of case management experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and driving privileges.
• Must complete Safe from Harm, CPR, and First Aid training within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned staff; trains employees and monitors work for compliance with regulations.
• Develops and evaluates program services based on client needs and program audits.
• Coordinate policies and procedures to ensure uniformity across emergency services teams.
• Prepare and coordinate program audits; act as primary contact during audits and implement corrective actions.
• Attend meetings with community partners and provide program information for grants and contracts.
