Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned staff; trains employees in methods and procedures; ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develops, coordinates, and evaluates program services to stabilize individuals and families; conducts assessments and sets goals.
• Oversees program audits; serves as point of contact during audits; implements corrective actions as needed.
• Attends meetings, builds relationships with community agencies, and represents the program to promote services.
• Follows up on billing questions; maintains a small caseload; participates in emergency intakes when needed.
