• Bachelor’s degree in a social services field or equivalent with relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in social services delivery and networking.
• Proficiency with HMIS data systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of DHS requirements and shelter operations.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills and trauma-informed approach.

• Oversee intake, case management, and file maintenance.
• Coordinate services with community resources and DHS requirements.
• Maintain HMIS data collection and monthly/ quarterly reports.
• Meet with directors and residents to review progress and update service plans.
• Assist residents in developing housing plans and pursue permanent housing options.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all records.
