Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division Harbor Light Center in Minneapolis is seeking a Case Manager to provide individualized case management to help adults achieve housing, employment, and self-sufficiency goals.

You will maintain participant records, recruit eligible participants, and promote social services while engaging with community partners and supporting organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• State licensure if degree is in social work.
• Previous experience in social services is required.
• Must successfully pass all required background checks.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Case Management for adults (75%).
• Maintain participant records and notes.
• Recruit eligible participants for housing programs.
• Promote social services and programs to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in community events.
