Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in West Chester, PA to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions with care. You will leverage consultative selling, local outreach, and HubSpot CRM to manage leads and close opportunities.

Earn first-year earnings of $45,000–$65,000 with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or related relationship-based roles.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and timelines.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state-required licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and propose funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services, cemetery property, and memorial products.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and walk-in opportunities and complete sales contracts.
• Maintain CRM activity, track opportunities, and follow up with clients.
• Attend services and participate in community events to support families.
