Job summary

Everstory Partners in McMurray, PA is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and to sell pre-need and at-need services, inventory, cemetery services, and merchandise. You will work with leads from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting, and attend services as needed.

Starting earnings include a training pay of $18.00/hour for 6 weeks, with first-year earnings range of $45,000–$55,000 plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; travel to client/community events; mileage reimbursement.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM (lead management system) preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach.
• Attend community events and meet clients offsite as needed.
