Job summary

Everstory Partners in Tipp City, OH seeks a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product decisions. You will meet with clients, present pre-need and at-need services, build a pipeline through leads, referrals, and outreach, and manage relationships using HubSpot CRM.

This role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training during the first six weeks.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience preferred (B2C or outside sales).
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Arabic).

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and walk-ins; follow up through the sales process.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, relationships, appointments, and opportunities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.
