Job summary

Visit.org, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead in Northvale, New Jersey to own end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations. You will lead a team, drive inventory accuracy, and manage vendor relationships while optimizing KPIs for events and campaigns.

This full-time on-site role requires a hands-on leader who can scale processes, build SOPs, and ensure safe, efficient operations for high-volume, fast-paced logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations or logistics.
• 2+ years supervising teams and leading from the floor.
• Experience building SOPs and scalable processes.
• Strong focus on inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse end-to-end operations, including inbound/outbound processes.
• Lead ramp-up, train staff on SOPs, and bring operation to steady state.
• Track KPIs and continuously improve throughput and accuracy.
• Manage vendor and 3PL relationships; coordinate with carriers.
• Travel as needed to support regional events (up to 25%).
