Visit.org seeks a Logistics Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory in a fast-paced startup. This on-site role based in Northvale, NJ offers broad exposure to coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal teams, with a focus on timely deliveries and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in logistics, strong organization, and excellent communication skills, plus familiarity with ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office. Salary ranges with competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Assemble and pack kits and materials into boxes for shipment
• Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status and documentation
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve delays or issues
• Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs forms)
• Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory audits
• Manage printed materials, ensuring they are correctly prepared, packed, and included in shipments
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics-related transactions
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Procurement, Customer Service, Sales) to meet delivery timelines
• Help identify and implement improvements to logistics processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guideline
