Job summary

Visit.org is seeking a Site Lead to own and scale fulfillment and logistics operations from Northvale, New Jersey. You will lead inventory control, vendor management, and team performance to deliver data-driven execution for regional social impact events.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. You will build SOPs, manage a high-velocity operation, and travel as needed to support events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on warehouse operations, fulfillment, and logistics.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with small teams.
• Proven ability to build and document SOPs from the ground up.
• Strong inventory control, cycle counts, and system reconciliation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end warehouse operations and shipping, including receiving, packing, and returns.
• Lead ramp-up, train staff, and establish steady-state operations.
• Document SOPs, audit adherence, and scale processes with volume growth.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across components and finished kits.
• Manage vendors, carriers, and 3PLs, tracking performance and escalations.
• Drive site KPIs: on-time shipments, damage rates, and cost per kit.
