Job summary

ID Logistics US in New Jersey seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory control while upholding safety and company standards.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across operations, with expected travel and an on-site work setup. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse, 3PL, or distribution environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
• Familiarity with 5S, safety procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing timekeeping records; familiarity with ADP or similar platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 20+ in a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations related to shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control.
• Ensure team compliance with procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain training records and ensure certifications are current (e.g., OSHA).
• Collaborate with upper management to implement productivity standards and training initiatives.
• Track KPIs and deliver on performance goals aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance reporting for hourly associates.
• Resolve operational issues and coach employees to improve performance.
• Lead audits with accurate documentation and compliance enforcement.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Respond to incidents and complete required reporting.
• Champion ID Logistics' safety and quality programs (GMP/5S).
