Job summary

Visit.org is looking for a passionate Site Lead to own and scale fulfillment and logistics operations in Northvale, New Jersey. You will be the operational engine powering regional social impact events, accountable for facility operations, inventory accuracy, vendor management, and team leadership.

You must bring 5+ years hands-on warehouse experience in fast-paced environments, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset to drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Strong data-driven mindset with KPI ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse end-to-end operations including receiving, shipping, and returns.
• Lead ramp-up and steady-state operation with SOPs and training.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and data in WMS and ERP systems.
• Manage vendors, carriers, and 3PL relationships; optimize costs.
• Hire, onboard, and coach a team; set daily direction and feedback.
• Monitor site KPIs such as on-time shipments and inventory accuracy.
