Job summary

Visit.org is seeking a passionate Site Lead to own and scale fulfillment and logistics operations at our New Jersey site. You will manage inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, and team leadership to deliver data-driven execution that aligns with our mission.

This on-location, full-time role requires building high-performing teams, optimizing KPIs, and ensuring smooth operations for events and programs worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervisory experience leading warehouse/fulfillment teams.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the warehouse end-to-end: receiving, QC, staging, kitting, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
• Lead ramp-up: finalize SOPs, train the team, and bring operation to steady state.
• Document and improve SOPs as volume grows; audit adherence and efficiency.
• Manage safety, housekeeping, and incident reporting to maintain a safe site.
• Plan daily priorities, set ship dates, and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Hire, onboard, and coach associates; scale staffing with volumes.
