Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age, valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments.
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customer needs.
• Handle pipeline from prospect to install and follow up with leads.
• Dispositon and report outcomes via CRM.
• Meet minimum sales targets set by leadership.
