Job summary

NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to drive field-based outreach, recruit small business members, and promote NFIB’s mission nationwide. You'll spend ~95% in the field, meeting owners, delivering a concise sales pitch, handling objections, and closing memberships in a single visit.

This hunter/closer role offers uncapped commissions, robust training, and strong earning potential. We're offering a W-2 with full benefits, weekly commissions, monthly/quarterly bonuses, and mileage

Qualifications

• In-person prospecting with small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly.
• Address objections and close memberships in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
• Hunter/closer role with a structured sales model and no post-sale account management.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
