NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative in a hybrid, field-based role. You’ll meet small business owners in their local markets, delivering a concise NFIB sales presentation and building strong relationships to grow NFIB membership.

Spend ~95% of time in the field, with a hunter/closer model and no ongoing account management after enrollment. Competitive compensation with benefits, training pay, commissions, and uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
