Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sixty (60) semester hours or ninety (90) quarter hours preferred.
• One year of customer service experience; substitution allowed for college hours.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility for public assistance programs.
• Enter information into the eligibility system based on gathered data.
• Compute and authorize benefits according to eligibility determinations.
• Process work per state/federal regulations and established procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
