Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the Lakeside Program in Upper Pittsgrove, NJ. This onsite role supports autistic and developmentally challenged individuals, carries out treatment plans, and helps with daily living activities and transportation needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License in legal name and current address; 1 year driving experience preferred.
• Minimum six months related work experience or Bachelor’s degree/current enrollment in related field.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavioral treatment plans and collect observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, money management, housekeeping).
• Provide personal care and supervision, teach daily living and functional skills.
• Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings; provide safe transportation.
• Document regularly and communicate with residents, guardians and families.
