Job summary

Bancroft's Lakeside Campus in Mullica Hill, NJ is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll supervise daily living activities, support safety, and assist with vocational tasks while collaborating with the care team.

This onsite 2nd shift (Sun 11a–11p, Mon–Tue 2p–11p) offers about $19.61–$20.00 per hour plus incentives, with pathways to growth within Bancroft's Adult Residential program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field desirable.
• BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience, or minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate at Bancroft.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interactions with others.
• Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.
