Job summary

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the Lakeside Program in Mullica Hill, NJ. This part-time, 29-hour weekly position runs 2nd shift (Thu/Fri 2p-10p, Sat 9a-10p) onsite.

The DSP will support autistic and developmental disabilities individuals, implement behavioral plans, and assist with daily living tasks. Minimum requirements include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License in legal name with 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, and housekeeping.
• Provide personal care and supervision to residents and teach daily living skills.
• Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings; provide safe transportation.
