ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Christiana Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time flex role with 36 hours per week and night shift rotations. You will work in a high-acuity environment alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver expert patient care.

Requirements include a BSN (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years) and a minimum of 1 year acute care experience.

Formación

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
• Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
