Job summary

ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide expert care for critically ill patients on a full-time night shift with day rotations at Christiana Hospital. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, advocating for patients and families while using advanced monitoring and treatment strategies.

• BSN required; ADN considered with commitment to attain BSN within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).
