ChristianaCare's MICU is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit at Christiana Hospital. This full-time role offers night shifts with day shift rotations and a 36-hour work week, focusing on high-acuity patient care and teamwork.

You will monitor critically ill patients using advanced technology, collaborate with physicians and specialists, and advocate for patients and families. A BSN is required, with ADN considered if BSN commitment is made within 3 years; BLS is

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
