Job summary

Fairstead ESC LLC is seeking a driven Community Manager to oversee daily operations at a property, ensuring leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and full regulatory compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, and LIHTC requirements. You will coordinate site inspections, prepare reports, manage vendor bids, and work with the construction team to avoid violations while supporting renovations.

This role involves monthly financial meetings and tenant support.

Qualifications

• Three years of management experience including supervising a team.
• COS or CPO certification required or preferred.
• Experience with EIV and affordable housing programs a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and on-site compliance.
• Maintain HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, and LIHTC regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate inspections, prepare MOR/REAC reviews, and manage tenant relations.
• Monitor budgets, perform vendor bidding, and support construction activities.
