Fairstead seeks a Community Manager for one of its properties to oversee day-to-day operations and on-site compliance. You will ensure adherence to HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA requirements, and drive overall property performance.

You will coordinate maintenance, bids, inspections, rent collection, and occupancy reviews while collaborating with Compliance and Regional teams. Competitive benefits support residents and teams.

Formación

• Three (3) years of management experience including supervising a team.
• COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy) certification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• EIV experience.
• Yardi and Realpage experience preferred.
• TCS certification for tax credit properties.
• Experience in Affordable Housing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adherence to leasing laws and HUD/FP rules.
• Maintain compliance with HUD 4350.3 Handbook.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory agencies with Compliance.
• Manage move-ins/outs, arrears, and evictions processes.
• Monitor and report on budgets, rents, and delinquencies.
• Coordinate vendor bids and maintenance inspections.
• Prepare site reviews and occupancy-related reports.
• Support construction projects and avoid violations.
