Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule repairs using CCC One and daily scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One.
• Manage ARMS to track vehicles in CCC One.
