Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our collision and glass services facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance companies while providing administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a similar administrative role, and strong multitasking, detail orientation, and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
• Auto body or related customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Obtain insurance authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS daily to sync with CCC One.
