Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a program administrator to handle day-to-day administrative tasks for clinical research trial programs, support the team toward program goals, and assist with recruiting, training, and supervising staff while managing the program budget.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of related experience, and CITI certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research administration is preferred.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll, and obtain consent from participants and coordinate participant training.
• Coordinate research protocols with other departments and institutions; maintain contact with study participants.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate research data; report progress to investigators; support database creation and maintenance.
• Identify and communicate problems or obstacles in study procedures to investigators.
