Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis.
• 2+ years of related experience in clinical research or program administration.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative activities of clinical research trial programs.
• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from participants; coordinate training for staff.
• Coordinate research protocols, arrange appointments, and collaborate with departments and institutions.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate research data; maintain databases and files.
• Report program data to investigators; ensure IRB and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets and timelines; support development of program materials and outreach.
• Organize meetings, site visits, events, and liaise with community organizations.
