YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking an Executive Director to lead the management and administration of all center operations under the guidance of the Associate Vice President and the center Advisory Board.

The role requires overseeing staff recruitment, training, and supervision, managing facilities and programs, and ensuring financial sustainability while fostering strong relationships with community partners, volunteers, and donors to advance YMCA goals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee staff recruitment, training and supervision.
• Manage center facilities, sites and operations.
• Direct financial sustainability and budgeting for the center.
• Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders and donors.
• Establish and drive association and center strategic plans.
• Lead donor engagement to support long-term philanthropic growth.
• Guide community relations, member engagement and marketing initiatives.
