Job summary

YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Director of Membership Growth to drive revenue across membership categories, including corporate and MFA pricing. You will partner with Center leadership to set strategy and deploy retention initiatives, while guiding Welcome staff to deliver exceptional member service.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years leading a sales or customer service team preferred.
• 1-2 years in sales development preferred.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of center program offerings and pricing options including MFA and corporate pricing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals for all membership categories, including corporate membership accounts. The Director of Membership Growth will also work closely with the Center Executive and/or Associate Executive Director, and Welcome staff in deploying retention strategies. They will also work closely with related staff to ensure the center is providing timely, efficient and consistent service adhering to the customer service guidelines outlined by the association.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
