Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, nonprofit management, education, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership supervisory experience in YMCA operations or nonprofit management.
• Experience working with volunteer boards and fundraising initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and community-focused leadership for a YMCA branch.
• Oversee branch operations, program and membership growth, and fiscal oversight.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop staff and volunteers; engage with the board.
