Job summary

YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Community Impact Program Director to support Boone County families with individualized coaching, action planning, and access to employment and financial resources. You will lead the Center for Working Families program and engage partners to expand opportunities for participants.

The role focuses on holistic, participant-centered support, data accuracy, and continuous improvement of services, driving enrollment and outcomes for families seeking greater

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers and community organizations.
• Experience coordinating programs and service delivery in a nonprofit or community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and oversight of the Center for Working Families program, including implementation and evaluation.
• Supervise assigned staff, interns, and volunteers, ensuring program quality and policy implementation.
• Coordinate work across YMCA departments and community partners to support the CWF program.
• Serve as integrated coach across employment, financial capability, and education services for participants.
• Maintain accurate participant records and track outcomes in required systems.
