Job summary

YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking an Executive Director to lead all aspects of center operations, including staff supervision, facilities management, and strategic fundraising. You will cultivate community partnerships and guide volunteers and staff to deliver high-impact programs aligned with YMCA objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, nonprofit fundraising experience, and the ability to develop and execute annual operating plans with data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years successful professional experience (non-profit preferred).
• Clear understanding of the philosophy and nature of the YMCA.
• Experience recruiting, supervising and training volunteers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, employment, training and supervision of staff.
• Manage center facilities, sites, and operations to ensure high-quality services.
• Steward center budget, financial sustainability, and program expansion.
