You will work with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure complete and accurate submissions, while delivering strong customer service and meeting deadlines.

The role emphasizes coordinating with Estimators, handling bid communications, and maintaining project calendars in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Lighting experience preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in electrical/lighting industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, bids, quotations and documents for clients.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and product teams to ensure complete and accurate content.
• Maintain excellent customer service, meet deadlines and manage multiple bids.
