Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks a proactive Proposal Coordinator to support Project Managers and Estimators by coordinating bids, contracts, RFIs, and submission packages.

You will maintain organized bid files and ensure compliance with guidelines and deadlines. You should have 2+ years in a related field, familiarity with proposal processes in construction, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in related field
• Familiarity with proposal processes and construction industry exposure
• Analyzing RFP requirements for compliance with guidelines and deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed and organized bids and job files
• Assist with the preparation, review and submittal of bids, contracts, RFIs and reports
• Communicate with Project Managers and Estimators to stay informed of project needs
• Ensure compliance with division and company policies and procedures
