The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. This role requires collaboration with members of the sales, marketing, finance, or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professional customer service, meet deadlines, work effectively in a challenging environment and be willing to go the extra mile.
