Job summary

Michels Power, Inc., is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support project managers and estimators by staying informed of bid needs and ensuring terms and conditions are met. You will maintain detailed bids and files and help prepare, review, and submit bids, contracts, RFIs and reports.

This role emphasizes organization, teamwork and adherence to company policies, with opportunities to contribute to major electrical infrastructure projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in related field.
• Experience with proposal processes and bids in construction industry.
• Ability to analyze RFP requirements for compliance and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Project Managers and Estimators to stay informed of project needs.
• Maintain detailed and organized bids and job files.
• Assist with preparation, review and submittal of bids, contracts, RFIs and reports in accordance with policies.
• Ensure compliance with submission guidelines and deadlines.
