Centria Autism is looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based methods to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviours.

We provide comprehensive training, with a focus on teamwork and compassionate care.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required or ability to obtain.
• Background check required prior to employment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behaviour intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a supportive, patient, and team-oriented work environment.
