Centria Autism in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individual behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, emphasize patient, compassionate teamwork, and require CPR/First Aid certification and a background check.

Qualifikationen

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.) and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT Certification after onboarding.
