Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to advance in the field of Behavioral Analysis.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR, First Aid certification and TB test required (within last year).
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety and assist with lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds if needed.
