Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods and support families daily.

Requires compassion, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Training provided; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and complete onboarding tasks within 45 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Background check required.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one instruction with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist in reducing interfering behaviors.
