Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques in a supportive team environment.

No prior experience is required as Centria provides comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.
