Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one intervention under BCBA supervision. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques and monitor progress.

The role requires patience and teamwork; training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities in a dynamic pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Onboarding leads to Registered Behavior Technician Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
