Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. In this role you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Training is provided; you should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following individualized behavior plans.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to teach communication and social skills.
• Assist with reducing interfering behaviors under BCBA guidance.
• Be physically capable of activities and lifting up to 50 pounds.
