No prior experience is required—full training is provided. The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a patient, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• 18+ years of age requirement.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
