Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Michigan to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, help reduce challenging behaviors, and participate in comprehensive training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Commitment to helping children with autism and learning goals.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support each child’s progress.
• Participate in comprehensive training to be equipped and empowered to help each child.
