Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Requires ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
